Foodie Hub Background

In fact, the company was created in 1969. Albert Goh’s grandfather started his career as a butcher. Therefore, because there was a lot of meat left at that time, they turned it into pork floss or pork jerky. When it comes to Albert Goh’s generation, the non-Halal status of pork really limited its sales.

As a result, Albert Goh chose to continue this enterprise. He started his own Halal company and then produced this dish with Halal-certified ingredients which enabled Foodie Hub can then sell to other communities.

A Balance Between Innovation and Tradition at Foodie Hub

Although Albert Goh’s grandfather started this business more than 50 years ago, Albert, through Foodie Hub, maintains the traditional recipe while innovating for different ages, such as chicken floss for ages one to two which contains no sodium, with vegetables that are packed with vitamins and minerals. It is a novel and inventive product.

Secondly, Foodie Hub is developing low-GI products targeted at the elderly. Usually, the elderly in Malaysia eat noodles, salted vegetables, and similar foods. As a result, chicken floss can serve as a nutritional supplement. Therefore, Foodie Hub created low GI with them in mind, so they can eat low GI chicken floss as a natural source for them and still be able to eat whatever they like.

There are many steps to take as an entrepreneur. As a result, Foodie Hub helps these budding entrepreneurs by offering classes, training them, and showing them how to use the ingredients to make chicken strips. Foodie Hub’s mission is also to help single mothers and unemployed mothers make more passive money.

We wish to help more people, more people to generate passive income on their own.
